Her Pehchaan is a non-governmental organization (NGO) committed to social welfare and community development. Any contribution, donation, grant, or financial support made to Her Pehchaan is voluntary and is accepted in good faith to further the organization's charitable objectives.
All funds received are managed and utilized at the sole discretion of Her Pehchaan in accordance with its mission, programs, operational requirements, and applicable laws. By making a contribution, the donor acknowledges and agrees that Her Pehchaan shall have full authority to determine the allocation and use of such funds.
Her Pehchaan shall not be held liable for any claims, expectations, or disputes arising from the manner in which donated funds are allocated or utilized, provided such utilization is in furtherance of the organization's objectives and in compliance with applicable laws.
